The Senior QA Engineer acts as a team mentor and a key technical leader in cross-functional initiatives. They are responsible for leading QA efforts across multiple applications and teams, defining advanced test strategies, scaling automation frameworks, driving process improvements, and ensuring enterprise standards for quality.

 * This position is full-time, in-office in Irvine, CA only.

General Responsibilities

 * Define and implement advanced test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies
 * Lead development and scaling of automation frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
 * Conduct advanced performance, security, and accessibility testing
 * Mentor and coach junior and mid-level QA team members and provide technical guidance
 * Collaborate with engineering, UX, and product stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery
 * Lead defect management processes and ensure enterprise-level tracking and reporting
 * Drive continuous QA process improvements and innovation
