* Bachelor's or Associate degree is preferred
 * Eagerness to learn about the Environmental Health & Safety Field
 * Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
 * Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
 * Prior customer service experience
 * Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
 * Must have a reliable form of transportation

## Description

* Strong communication with internal and external customers while maintaining a professional attitude
 * Display leadership and teamwork among Technical Services Group by overseeing the team's daily required tasks
 * Work with the Technical Services Representatives to ensure high-level of customer services during job preparation and execution
 * Provide administrative support to Technical services department
 * Develop understanding of the Environmental Health & Safety field and the state and federal regulations that impact the industry [Resource conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) & Department of Transportation (DOT)]
 * Assist in data entry for job paperwork in office
 * Organize and file environmental documents, including inbound waste profiles, profile approvals, and manifests
 * Prepare work-orders for upcoming field projects
 * Contact clients and schedule various environmental services
 * Track client shipment volumes and ensure reports are sent out to appropriate clients
 * Create client invoices based off job paperwork
