Ability to: * Develop new procedures and approaches to solve problems * Work independently within an established review process, prioritize tasks and capable of balancing multiple tasks at once to meet timelines. * Manage multiple projects in various stages simultaneously * Possess analytical, problem solving, and critical/creative thinking skills., * 7-10 years of experience in financial services, preferably in Compliance, Risk Management, or Bank Lending Operations. * Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business-related field preferred * Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex compliance data and identify trends or patterns. * In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint; knowledge of Smartsheet preferred * Demonstrated project management and leadership experience in financial services. * Strong organizational, attention to detail, time management, and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities. Compensation and Benefits Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance. ## Description As the first line of defense the Enterprise Loan Service Compliance Manager is responsible for preventing, detecting, and monitoring operational, regulatory, and reputational risks. The manager is responsible for leading Quality Control and Quality Assurance Measures that identifies and reports incidences of non-compliance by reviewing account documentation for accuracy/completeness. Scheduled reviews of the components of account records on the Banks servicing system, including and reporting of errors and areas of concern .
