* Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking modules.
 * Lead requirements gathering, functional design, solution architecture, and configuration strategy.
 * Experience supporting Workday implementations and global/multi-country rollouts.
 * Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams throughout implementation.
 * Support testing, validation, deployment, and implementation planning.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * Nice to Have: Workday Payroll experience.
