Navi is a State Farm developed digital assistant that will elevate the customer experience though the rapid and intuitive connection of Agents to knowledge resources and operational support they need.In this role, you will drive outcome delivery of integrated, omni-channel contact flows that connect employees and Agents to Support Center, Agency Sales Resources, Human Resources, and many others. This role also presents opportunities to contribute to Navi - a key digital entry point for Agents and their teams powered by generative AI.
