Self-Development: Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering * 5 years experience in related area * Solid communication skills including excellent writing skills and fluency in English. * Strong computer skills preferably with programming experience. * Skilled at planning and ability to pay attention to details. * Ability to effectively work within a team environment. * Ability to deliver technical improvements to existing products/processes/services., * Experience with design/test of fiber optic products per international and domestic industry standards. * Programming experience. ## Description This position is responsible for working with project teams to provide product testing services., The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide product testing services for new product development, product cost reductions, manufacturing plant transfers and other types of projects that require testing services.
