## About the Role

* Proven experience as a senior individual contributor owning production software systems end-to-end
 * Strong backend development experience using Python, Go, or Rust
 * Full stack experience is preferred, including React and TypeScript
 * Experience designing software architecture for scalable production systems
 * Experience developing healthcare technology solutions with hands-on PHI/HIPAA compliance
 * Demonstrated ability to establish technical direction without direct people management
 * Experience using AI tools as part of the software development lifecycle
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
 * Authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

* Design and develop scalable production software for a modern healthcare platform
 * Define technical architecture and engineering best practices
 * Lead technical decision-making across internal engineering teams and external development partners
 * Build secure, compliant systems with patient privacy and HIPAA requirements at the core
 * Establish patterns and guardrails for AI-assisted software development
 * Write high-quality production code while serving as a technical leader through influence
 * Utilize AI development tools to increase engineering productivity while maintaining code quality and sound technical judgment
