We are growing and seek a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated SDM to head our Autonomous Routing and Coordination (ARC) team in North Reading, MA. You will lead a team of top-notch scientists and engineers developing state-of-the-art software and algorithms for multi-robot route planning and coordination. The systems you build will enable fleets of 1000s of AMRs to safely, reliably and efficiently navigate through dynamic environments in the presence of humans and other vehicles. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, hands-on manager with a track record of leading science and engineering teams to build high-performance, scalable and reliable systems that solve real-world problems. Experience in areas such as autonomous navigation, motion planning, multi-agent planning and coordination, control systems, and simulation is strongly desired.
