As AI becomes central to Airtable, enterprise customers need governance controls that let them adopt AI confidently, with granular feature enablement, capability-based restrictions, and full admin visibility. The Admin & Governance team is building that control plane - the AI Governance framework that gives admins those controls at every level of the enterprise. We're looking for a leader who can drive the AI Governance roadmap, scale the team's existing enterprise trust systems, and directly unblock adoption for our largest customers. Please note: while we employ a hybrid working model at Airtable (flexible in working from the office or elsewhere), we are looking to hire candidates at this level that are based in San Francisco who are open to coming into the office at least ~2-3 times/week for team collaboration. What you'll do + Lead, manage, and grow a team of high-functioning engineers that are in charge of our systems and frameworks. + Partner with engineering leaders to drive technical decisions and initiatives to build products in a high-quality and sustainable way. + Nurture a team of passionate and capable engineers.
