The ideal candidate brings extensive experience architecting, implementing, and leading IAM/ICAM cloud solutions in complex Government environments using Zero Trust., * End-to-end authority. Serve as the technical authority over the full lifecycle of enterprise-level identity, credential, and access management - from planning through implementation - across a cloud eco system. * Technical integration. Drive end-to-end IAM modernization efforts, leading the technical integration of an enterprise IAM ecosystem and overseeing the build, implementation, and transition to a FedRAMP-authorized, cloud-native IAM solution across SaaS and AWS GovCloud and program management skills. * IAM solution-team leadership. Coach direct reports, pull in disciplines from outside the team when the work demands it, and hold quality, cost, schedule, and scope on your signature. * Government-facing from day one. Brief senior Government officials, align client project teams, external service providers, and subcontractors around one IAM plan and one truth.
