Role Overview

As Senior Director, Site Readiness, you own end-to-end delivery of new and retrofitted data centers-from site readiness through operational turnover. This role is about execution certainty at scale.

Key Responsibilities

 * Lead global deployment programs for greenfield and retrofit critical facilities.

 * Manage internal engineering teams, external contractors, and delivery schedules.

 * Set safety, quality, and progress metrics; report to executive leadership.

 * Establish standardized deployment playbooks and continuous improvement loops.

 * Ensure clean handoff to operations with no latent risk., * Global impact at scale: Contribute directly to how mission-critical OCI data centers operate across regions and continents, influencing infrastructure reliability, security, sustainability, and long-term capacity growth.

 * Technically rigorous environment: Work alongside experienced engineers, automation specialists, and compliance teams in a rapidly scaling hyperscale cloud infrastructure, where disciplined execution and technical depth matter.
