8-10+ years of fullstack software engineering experience

 - Experience building applications (React/NodeJS) and deploying them in AWS

 - Experience building applications in AWS with cloud native technologies

 - Extensive AWS cloud experience including: AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon RDS, AWS CDK, AWS SAM

 - Experience as a technical lead/ability to guide junior engineers

 - Strong communication and collaboration skills - .NET experience to be able to support existing legacy apps

## Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across multiple enterprise cloud applications. This role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership responsibilities and will serve as a key resource for engineering teams delivering modern AWS-based solutions.

Responsibilities

 * Lead technical design and implementation efforts.

 * Provide mentorship and guidance to software engineers.

 * Develop and enhance enterprise applications.

 * Collaborate with architects on solution implementation.

 * Review requirements and estimate development effort.

 * Troubleshoot technical issues and support development teams.

 * Participate in new project planning and execution.
