Nice To Have: * Prosci Change Management Certification. * Experience with SAP Activate methodology. * MBA or graduate degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. * Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification. * Experience building enterprise change management offices, governance models, or organizational change capabilities. * Experience supporting global business transformation programs within technology, manufacturing, industrial, or engineering organizations.
