## Description

The IT Manager will analyze, recommend, implement and manage the company data and cloud infrastructure to maintain and improve workflow and minimize any down time and minimize security breaches., * Determine, implement and manage IT policies and IT goals for all departments.

 * Design and implement current and future infrastructure needs of the company.
 * Respond and complete all IT service requests from employees through the Help Desk.
 * Determine security protocols to eliminate security breach vulnerabilities for company, associates and clients.
 * Conduct research and provide recommendations for hardware, software and supplies.
 * Manage and support new hardware and software installations.
 * Coordinate projects with other departments to minimize down time during maintenance, installs and implementations.
 * Manage department finances and projects within set budgets.
 * Permanent or temporary tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
