Preferred Qualifications * Vendor management experience. * Experience with customer operations systems. * Knowledge of customer operations business processes, policies, and regulations. * Experience preparing executive-level presentations and formal documentation. * Knowledge of customer assistance programs is a plus. You are organized, proactive, data-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality digital experiences while leading cross-functional teams through complex initiatives. ## Description This role is responsible for product strategy, feature prioritization, Agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration within a large-scale digital transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering customer-focused digital solutions.
