## Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our Information Systems team and play a key role in delivering exceptional end-user support. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting desktop computers, applications, and related technologies within established organizational standards., * Serve as the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance

 * Manage and prioritize the IT support ticket queue
 * Install, configure, and test computer systems, software, and peripherals
 * Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring technical issues with minimal supervision
 * Collaborate with users and IT colleagues to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
 * Document support activities and maintain records of configurations, issues, and solutions
 * Uphold IT policies and ensure adherence to security and operational procedures
