In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. ## Description The Senior Product Owner is responsible for conveying the Medicaid product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Senior Product Owner work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Product Owner: * Maximizes value of product created by Agile team * Liaises with Medicaid market stakeholders and the development team ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, and by the deadline * Serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making * Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding business approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. * Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments * Accountable for managing and prioritizing the team's backlog (New State Implementation, Market Migration, Run the Business) * Facilitates weekly product backlog review session and review new change request, enhancements and development items * Accountable for documenting business requirements.
