## Description

The IT Systems Technician I will be responsible for providing technical support for the ticketing system. This role involves handling support requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system functionality. The IT Systems Technician I will work closely with other IT Systems staff and end-users to ensure that the ticketing system is running efficiently and effectively., * Provide technical support for the ticketing system.

 * Monitor and troubleshoot issues with the ticketing system.
 * Manage user accounts and access permissions within the ticketing system.
 * Respond to support requests in a timely manner and escalate issues as needed.
 * Provide end-user training on the ticketing system and related applications.
 * Maintain system documentation and update it as needed.
 * Work with other IT Ticketing Systems staff to ensure that the ticketing system is integrated with other systems and applications as needed.
 * Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to ticketing systems and applications.
