## About the Role

* Background Check: Clear background and ability to clear Level 2 background check.
 * Certification: CompTIA A+ certified (preferred) or equivalent experience.
 * Technical Proficiency:
 * Diagnostic and troubleshooting fundamentals.
 * Hardware repair fundamentals.
 * General software troubleshooting skills.
 * Basic networking skills.
 * Navigating OS platforms such as Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2012, and Server 2016.
 * Skills and Attributes:
 * Detail-oriented.
 * Collaborative working style.
 * Strong problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent customer service skills.
 * Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
 * Creativity and open-mindedness.
 * Receptive to feedback.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily quotas.
 * Physical Requirements:
 * Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs consistently.
 * Capability to sit for 5-6 hours a day.

Preferred Experience:

 * Language Skills: Bilingual in English.
 * Technical Experience:
 * Desktop, laptop, and printer repair skills.
 * Understanding of imaging fundamentals (OS).
 * Knowledge of ticketing and asset tracking systems.
 * Experience with offsite repairs.
 * Familiarity with supply chain workflows.
 * Flexible and adaptable.
 * Understanding of computer deployment fundamentals., * Do you have experience repairing PCs, Laptops or tablets?
 * Are you open to the driver position and back up PC Repair tech when needed?

Experience:

 * PC repair: 1 year (Preferred)
 * PC Tech: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 * CompTIA A+ (Preferred)

## Description

* Technical Skills: General troubleshooting skills for PC and laptop repairs.
 * Performance: Ensure department achieves key metrics by repairing computers and performing technical and system diagnostics.
 * Travel: Ability to travel occasionally for special projects.
 * Driving Duties: Serve as the primary driver for transporting equipment and as a backup driver when necessary.
