Oracle experience highly preferred. * Expertise with API frameworks, ETL processes, REST/SOAP, and system integration technologies. * Experience with web server management, DevOps practices, version control (Git), and automated deployment tools. * Thorough understanding of security standards, identity management (SSO, SAML, OAuth), and data governance principles. * Demonstrated leadership in technical project management and system architecture. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, especially with complex integrations and backend systems. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple long-term projects with minimal supervision. ## Description * Serve as the technical lead for web and application development projects, setting standards, best practices, and development methodologies. * Provide architectural direction for web systems, APIs, integrations, and application environments. * Collaborate with IT leadership and campus stakeholders to plan system improvements, upgrades, and long-term development strategies. * Mentor junior developers, web staff, and student workers;
