 * Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred

 * Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus; training available)

## Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and inventory control. This role is critical to ensuring accurate material handling, timely order fulfillment, and efficient flow of goods throughout the logistics and production process. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with inventory systems in a fast-paced environment., * Picking & Staging: Accurately pick, stage, and fulfill production and customer orders to meet shipping deadlines

 * Receiving & Put-Away: Inspect incoming shipments, verify items against packing slips, and stock materials in designated locations
 * Inventory Control: Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP system) to track inventory movements, complete transactions, and assist with cycle counts
 * Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials and finished goods
 * Shipping Support: Prepare outbound shipments, including labeling, palletizing, and completing shipping documentation
 * Team Coordination: Work closely with purchasing and production teams to ensure material availability and resolve discrepancies
 * Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards
