Preferred Qualifications * 2+ years of healthcare, insurance, benefits administration, or eligibility experience. * Experience with benefits configuration, enrollment systems, or eligibility platforms. * Experience with Jira or other workflow management tools. * Knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance processes. * Experience documenting and analyzing business workflows and process improvements.
