This role also helps guide our disaster response by managing intake during emergencies, working with other departments, and making sure urgent needs are handled quickly., * Supervise and support a team of Intake Coordinators, volunteers, and or interns. Provide training, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent service delivery. Maintain a culture of empathy, accountability, and trauma-informed care. * Design and implement workflows for program intake. Serve as the primary coordination point between the intake team and internal collaborative partners related to program implementation. Represent intake services in interdepartmental meetings and planning sessions. * Work closely with Program Managers on the Community Development team to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned service delivery. * Oversee data collection and accuracy within Salesforce/Home Keeper or related systems. Produce regular reports for internal leadership and funders on intake trends and cash flow.
