This esteemed organization, boasting over a century at the helm of naval gunfire control technology, is currently expanding its operations in Rock Hill, South Carolina. As such, we're on the hunt for a dynamic and competent Technical Services Engineer. About the Role: Join an expanding US defense business where you will champion installation, repair, service, and training on advanced Naval Weapons Systems. After a comprehensive product training overseas, you'll employ your electromechanical prowess to navigate various challenges, engaging with stakeholders ranging from end users and ship builders to contractors and project teams. Additionally, you'll extend your expertise to support supply chain developments in the US. Primary Responsibilities Include: * Installation, survey, repair, service, and training of naval gunnery systems. * Testing for precise fault diagnosis and creating thorough reports. * Elevating relationships with clients while upholding top-tier work and customer service standards. * Customer witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT's) execution. * Compliance with safety and regulatory standards. * Supporting customer assistance platforms. * Potential for security clearance through the Department of Defense.
