## About the Role

+ 3+ years of experience in analytics, decision science, management consulting, business analytics, data science, operations research, or a related quantitative field

 + Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems using statistical analysis and data-driven decision making

 + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable analytical approaches

 + Experience conducting statistical analyses such as hypothesis testing, regression, forecasting, segmentation, and experimental design

 + Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling

 + Ability to synthesize large datasets into concise, actionable insights for business and executive audiences

 + Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders

 + Experience partnering directly with business leaders to prioritize opportunities and develop data-informed recommendations

 + Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

 + Experience in management consulting or internal strategy and analytics organizations

 + Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, payer, or healthcare operations

 + Knowledge of operational performance metrics, process optimization, workforce analytics, or service operations

 + Experience designing and evaluating business experiments (A/B testing, pilot evaluations, quasi-experimental analyses)

 + Familiarity with predictive modeling techniques and machine learning concepts, with the ability to determine when these methods are appropriate for business problems

 + Experience developing executive presentations and facilitating discussions with senior leadership

 + Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

 + Exposure to AI-enabled decision support tools, generative AI, or intelligent analytics platforms is a plus, but not required

Education

 + Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field required

 + Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or MBA preferred
