This is an entry-level role offering exposure to a broad range of IT responsibilities, including technical support, networking, infrastructure support, cybersecurity fundamentals, and warehouse systems. While progression is gradual, we are committed to developing the successful candidate's technical capabilities and expanding responsibilities as skills and experience grow. This position plays an important role in strengthening the internal IT function in the USA. This role will support the IT Manager in building local capability and reducing reliance on third-party IT providers. The primary focus of the role is hands-on warehouse IT support (PCs, printers, scanners, and system troubleshooting), while also becoming a knowledgeable support contact for our Warehouse Management System (WMS). No prior WMS experience is required as training will be provided.
