The Software Engineer will work closely with the Technical Lead, Product Owner, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders to build scalable and reusable MCP solutions that accelerate AI adoption across the organization. This position is ideal for a developer with strong API and integration experience who is interested in modern AI technologies, agent-based architectures, and AI-assisted software development practices. Responsibilities Software Development + Design, develop, test, and maintain MCP servers and tools., + Assist in defining and implementing MCP best practices. + Support secure context delivery to AI agents. Testing & Quality + Create and maintain unit tests and integration tests. + Participate in peer code reviews. + Validate MCP functionality and performance. + Assist QA Engineers in creating test scenarios. + Ensure solutions meet security and quality standards. AI-Assisted Development + Utilize AI tools such as Cursor and MCP-enabled agents to improve productivity. + Support development of AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions. + Participate in experimentation with emerging AI technologies. + Follow organizational AI development standards and governance. DevOps & Operations + Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and maintenance. + Assist with deployments and release activities. + Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues. + Participate in production support and incident resolution. + Contribute to performance and reliability improvements.
