Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field * Previous experience working with: * Azure * JavaScript * Experience with Domain Driven Development approach * Previous experience managing the delivery of mid to large web/enterprise applications * Familiarity with Federal procurement, contracting, proposal, and government cost accounting requirements * Work experience with 3rd party products designed for Federal Contractors, such as Deltek GovWin, Deltek CostPoint. * Working knowledge of full life-cycle implementation and production support. * Expert level understanding of Data Conversion requirements. * Understanding knowledge of handling all requirements relating to period-end and year-end activities in contract management and billing. * Previous experience working with business application owners and development teams to document and clarify business and user requirements and manage the scope of defined features and functions during the project lifecycle.
