Anticipates, tracks, and resolves risks, dependencies, and impediments to project delivery. ## Description Looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager based in Phoenix to lead two scrum teams as part of an Enterprise Top Program, Steers execution on defined, program-level goals for medium-to-high complexity programs Works within and across team(s) to anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to delivery Steers technical program conversations (e.g., relating to architectural approach and system design) and articulates solutions Participates with product and engineering leaders to build implementation roadmaps Provides and consolidates inputs for leadership updates Facilitates meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery Identifies and executes on opportunities for improvements to the delivery process Participates in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies for team/teams.
