## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
 * 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or IT sector
 * Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing campaigns
 * Understanding of B2B sales cycles, customer journeys, and marketing funnels
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English
 * Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, CRM systems, or similar tools
 * Strong creative mindset combined with an analytical and results-oriented approach
 * Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
 * Previous experience in employer branding is considered an advantage

## Description

Infosoft Systems is looking for a motivated and creative Technology Marketing Specialist to support and drive our marketing initiatives in the technology sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our B2B sales team, increasing brand visibility, supporting employer branding activities, and positioning the company as a trusted technology partner in the market.

You will work closely with the Sales, HR, and Leadership teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns that contribute to business growth, customer engagement, and talent attraction. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic and innovation-driven environment., * Plan, develop, and execute lead generation campaigns to support B2B sales objectives

 * Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns
 * Create engaging content such as articles, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
 * Collaborate with sales teams and business partners to develop joint marketing initiatives
 * Support PR activities to increase company visibility, brand awareness, and thought leadership
 * Assist HR with employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
 * Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance
 * Maintain and develop relationships with partners, vendors, and key industry stakeholders
 * Continuously test new marketing channels, tools, and growth strategies
