* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical or technical discipline, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
 * Demonstrated leadership in implementing and promoting testing best practices.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex system behaviors.
 * Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams and collaborate within multi-disciplinary environments.
 * Experience mentoring junior testers and supporting high-quality delivery within Agile, fast-paced development cycles.
 * U.S. citizenship is required.
 * Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility, and ability to obtain a polygraph.

## Description

* Lead testing activities across the full software development lifecycle, including automated test creation, system integration testing, performance validation, defect analysis, and release readiness for mission-critical applications.
 * Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test suites to support continuous integration and delivery.
 * Evaluate system behavior under load, identify and document defects, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure rapid and effective resolution.
 * Review and provide feedback on government test plans.
 * Generate formal test reports and documentation in support of program deliverables.
 * Support user acceptance testing and related verification activities.
 * Perform configuration and change management in accordance with program standards.
 * Ensure all testing processes comply with established quality, security, and compliance requirements.
