## Description

What You'll Do

 * Analyze workflows, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and accuracy.
 * Support automation systems including conveyors, sorters, robotics, and packaging equipment.
 * Assist with WMS/WES/WCS configuration, reporting, and system logic improvements.
 * Build dashboards, track KPIs, and provide data insights to operations leaders.
 * Contribute to layout updates, testing, documentation, and project execution.
 * Participate in Lean/Kaizen activities and help develop standard work.
 * Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and IT to support daily performance and long-term improvements.
