## About the Role

* Minimum 4 years of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.
 * {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or Business discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Business Management) and a minimum of 1 year of work experience managing professionals, technologies, architecture, or project delivery.

Preferred skills

 * Experience managing technical teams that deliver across multiple products, platforms, or business-aligned application portfolios

## Description

As an IT manager on the Customer Data team within the Customer Relationship Management IT organization, you'll manage a agile team responsible for the delivery and support of Flagr, a feature switching management system. You'll deliver technology solutions that improve customer experience through feature switching, A/B testing, AI-enabled capabilities, and other innovative tools. You'll support the growth and success of a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals, including software developers, testers, analysts, and agile delivery owners. In close partnership with business partners, you'll coordinate the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of new and existing applications while shaping the future direction of customer data capabilities.
