## Description

Ortho NorthEast is looking for the right person to join our team as a full time Technology Support Specialist. The successful candidate will work with end users to resolve technical issues over the phone or provide hands on support at one of our clinical offices.

Principal Responsibilities

 * Handling first level support requests via phone call, email, in person, and support ticket submission. This relates to all technology including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.
 * Basic remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
 * Escalate service requests to internal and external resources
 * Communicate with end users on status of outstanding issues.
