## About the Role

Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, plus 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree., Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Candidate must be local to the area. Some telecommuting allowed.

## Description

The CAM/Program Support role is a unique role with many nuances and avenues for success. There is a baseline expectation for this role, with a monthly drumbeat of reports and analysis, however, this role allows for growth and specialization based on current skills and future interests. This particular requisition is focused supporting our Tactical Programs in Fire Control.

 * Earned Value Management System (EVMS) beginner
 * Control Account Manager (CAM) beginner
 * Forecasting financial and schedule data
 * Facilitation skills (prepare packages, run reviews, present, notes, etc.)
 * Material Tracking/ODC knowledge
 * CDRL/ELIN submittal & incentive tracking
 * Program kick off and baseline establishment support knowledge (CWBS, resource loading, etc.)
 * Agile Concepts (JIRA knowledge a bonus)
 * Risk Management Concepts and implementations

 * Assertive and pro-active
 * Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task
 * Commitment to ongoing professional development
 * Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success
 * Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
