This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving complex production issues, improving system reliability, and working closely with development, infrastructure, and product teams to maintain mission-critical applications. As an L3 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis, implementing permanent fixes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our applications and operational processes. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong debugging skills, deep knowledge of Java-based enterprise applications, and the ability to work in production environments.
