## Description

Reverse-engineer Hogan modules and serve as the squad's source of truth on legacy behavior during the migration to Pismo, Reverse-engineer Hogan modules in scope (IDS, CIS, PEP+, ULS, DDA, or rail-specific)
Codify business rules embedded in COBOL into canonical specifications
Build extraction interfaces over VSAM, DB2, and MQ
Implement dual-write hooks, rollback paths, and legacy-side change controls
