## Description

Polymer Industries is seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level IT Technician to assist with day-to-day technical support across the organization. This position is ideal for someone beginning a career in information technology who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new systems, and helping others., * Provide technical support to employees in person, by phone, and remotely

 * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, phones, and related equipment
 * Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and email issues
 * Set up computers and user accounts for new employees
 * Assist with password resets and account-access issues
 * Install approved software and perform routine system updates
 * Maintain accurate records of equipment, support requests, and completed work
 * Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
 * Follow company IT policies and security procedures
 * Assist the IT department with other projects and responsibilities as assigned
