## Description

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves helping businesses succeed? We're growing and need enthusiastic Tech Support Representatives to join us!

What You'll Do:

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and configuration issues.
 * Help clients with the selection, implementation, and ongoing troubleshooting of a wide variety of POS and card reader equipment such as terminals, point of sale systems, menu entry, batch reconciliations, etc.
 * Provide stellar tech support via email, text, and phone.
 * Configure, test, and ship credit card terminals.
 * Collaborate with vendors and clients on POS system installations and conversions.
 * Keep detailed notes in our CRM system.
 * Order equipment and accessories as needed.
 * Contribute to our shared learning and documentation platform.
 * Deliver exceptional customer service.
