Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. ## Description In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the organization's IT infrastructure and helpdesk functions. Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 helpdesk support, system and user provisioning/deprovisioning, Windows and Azure-based systems administration, routine maintenance and patching, vulnerability management, and participation in IT projects.
