The will support day-to-day data center operations through hardware installations, cabling, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation activities.  * Assist senior technicians with racking, stacking, and cabling servers, storage systems, and network appliances.
 * Perform basic hardware and connectivity troubleshooting, documenting findings and escalating complex issues when necessary.
 * Support equipment refreshes, upgrades, decommissioning efforts, and hardware lifecycle management activities.
 * Label, organize, trace, and maintain cabling according to established data center standards and best practices.
 * Follow SOPs, runbooks, and change management processes while supporting incident response and operational readiness.
