Program & Cross-Functional Execution * Lead special projects and cross-cutting strategic programs spanning engineering, infrastructure, supply chain, product, and operations teams. * Collaborate with engineering organizations to develop and maintain standards for physical deployment, testing metrics, logical deployment, and infrastructure readiness. * Drive complex initiatives through influence across highly matrixed organizations without direct reporting authority. * Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and execution tracking across multiple concurrent strategic programs. Executive Communications & Reporting * Deliver executive-level reporting including program summaries, business reviews, product documentation, business requirements, roadmap updates, release plans, and operational metrics. * Establish executive operating rhythms including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), staff meetings, and leadership updates. * Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
