 * Develop planning tasks and execution plans
 * Exhibit strong communication skills to support cross-functional planning
 * Must be a U.S. Citizen
 * Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
 * Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

## Description

Apply systems engineering principles to plan, develop, integrate, verify, and support complex aircraft system solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Analyze technical requirements, coordinate cross-functional activities, and resolve engineering issues while supporting the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program. Develop planning processes, manage technical risks, and optimize system performance to ensure mission success., * Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify system-of-systems solutions

 * Evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements
 * Integrate technical parameters while ensuring compatibility across physical, functional, and program interfaces
 * Perform analyses to optimize system architecture, affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, and system security
 * Develop requirements management, risk management, issue management, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes
 * Resolve cross-functional technical issues supporting engineering objectives
 * Support the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program by integrating modern engine technology into legacy aircraft architecture
 * Coordinate with engineering teams to develop technical plans addressing program challenges
