## Description

Land of Goods Vocational Consulting (LOGVC) is seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead the development of our enterprise SaaS platform. This leadership role is responsible for software architecture, cloud infrastructure, application security, AI integration, and delivering a scalable, high-performing product.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the ideal candidate is a strategic technology leader with hands-on experience building and launching enterprise SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

 * Lead the design, development, and deployment of a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
 * Develop scalable cloud architecture using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 * Ensure application security, performance, reliability, and scalability.
 * Oversee software development, code quality, and engineering best practices.
 * Collaborate with executive leadership to execute the product roadmap.
 * Drive AI integration and innovative technology solutions.
 * Mentor development teams and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
 * Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
