## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.
 * Must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience supporting Windows Operating Systems, especially Windows 10 and 11.
 * Must have extensive expertise in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & deep familiarity with Windows OS (10 & 11).
 * Experience providing IT support to executive-level users highly preferred.
 * Must have Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
 * Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem/cloud) with a focus on Azure.
 * Strong working knowledge of VMware virtualization platforms.
 * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service levels.
 * Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.

## Description

* Maintain and administer Active Directory and user account access.
 * Provide expert-level support for Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
 * Manage and monitor Windows 10 and 11 environments, ensuring reliability and compliance.
 * Support hybrid infrastructure with a focus on Azure cloud and VMware virtualization.
 * Assist with upcoming IT projects, including a company-wide PC refresh and RingCentral phone system implementation.
 * Implement system enhancements and upgrades to improve network performance and security.
 * Administer backups, recovery processes, and virus protection protocols.
 * Maintain system documentation and support ticket tracking.
 * Evaluate new product releases for compatibility with existing systems.
 * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and IT strategy.
 * Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security protocols.
 * Provide high-touch support to company executives with professionalism and discretion.
 * Participate in after-hours and weekend support as necessary.
