## About the Role

* Reliable transportation: Dependable vehicle and valid driver's license to travel to job sites across Wake County and Eastern NC.
 * Hands-on aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools and power tools, and working on ladders in residential and commercial spaces.
 * Basic networking knowledge: Familiarity with RJ45 termination, basic IP networking concepts, or structured cabling is highly preferred.
 * Strong work ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
 * Professional presentation: Clear communication with team members and professional behavior on customer sites.

Preferred backgrounds (not required):

 * Construction or general trades
 * Low-voltage wiring or alarm/security systems
 * HVAC or building services
 * Basic IT support or help desk experience

Schedule & Availability

 * On-call, project-based work scheduled as jobs are assigned.
