## Description

A strategic designer, project leader, and advanced troubleshooter for enterprise network infrastructure. Responsible for architecting, deploying, and managing routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and VPN solutions to ensure enterprise-grade security, performance, and reliability. Leads complex projects, mentors junior staff, establishes network policies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align technology with organizational objectives.

What You'll Do

 * Design, implement, and manage advanced network infrastructure and services
 * Diagnose and resolve complex network issues and performance bottlenecks
 * Continuously monitor system performance, diagnose Tier1 issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability.
 * Implement and maintain security measures, conduct audits, and enforce policies.
 * Serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing troubleshooting, coordinating timely resolution across teams, and documenting root causes and preventive actions
 * Participates in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure continuous support, and when off rotation, remain available to receive, triage, and coordinate with other teams.
 * Other duties and responsibilities as determined by TAI from time to time in its sole discretion
