Desired Qualifications * Experience managing construction projects for U.S. diplomatic facilities overseas. * Expertise in installing or designing secure power systems for IC facilities or U.S. Embassies. * Familiarity with drafting, reviewing, approving, or implementing DoS or IC Construction Security Plans. * Working knowledge of DoS construction security policies in the Foreign Affairs Manual (FAM) and Foreign Affairs Handbook (FAH). * Understanding of ICD 705 requirements. * Experience working within the Intelligence Community. * Expertise in red/black power isolation and grounding requirements. * Familiarity with electric power generation systems, components, electronic controls, fuel systems, and life and safety considerations. Certifications * Relevant certifications in architectural engineering, security systems, or related fields are highly desirable. ## Description The Architectural Engineering Analyst will provide expertise in research, review, and evaluation of the design, development, construction, alteration, or repair of diplomatic buildings and structures. This position ensures that projects adhere to Department of State (DoS) and Intelligence Community (IC) security standards, while providing critical support for policy development, Congressional certification, and stakeholder collaboration.
