This role will partner with HR Technology, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, seamless integration with Oracle HCM modules, and alignment of business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation, Workforce Compensation, Payroll, and Oracle Fusion HCM, along with experience leading enterprise HR technology initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesOracle HCM Implementation * Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle Incentive Compensation module. * Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure HR Technology requirements are incorporated into the solution. * Ensure successful integration between Incentive Compensation and Oracle HCM modules, including Workforce Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Employee Data. * Support solution design, configuration validation, and deployment activities throughout the implementation lifecycle. Business & Functional Leadership * Partner with HR, Payroll, HR Technology, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate business processes. * Provide functional expertise and recommendations for Oracle HCM best practices. * Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and updates to HR Technology leadership and business teams. * Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align system capabilities with business objectives. Testing & Quality Assurance * Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing. * Validate system functionality, integrations, and data accuracy across Oracle HCM modules. * Coordinate issue resolution with functional and technical teams during testing and implementation. * Ensure data integrity throughout migration and deployment activities. Governance & Process Improvement * Lead the refinement and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion RACI matrix to support post-implementation operational processes. * Collaborate with stakeholders to validate role assignments, ownership, and accountability across teams. * Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize HR technology operations. * Develop and maintain functional documentation, process guides, and user training materials.
