This is a hands-on exploitation role supporting a Northern Virginia intelligence contract - you'll produce dynamic GEOINT products, apply multi-spectral and soft copy exploitation tradecraft, and fuse multiple data sources into analysis that informs real decisions. If you have the training, the clearance, and five-plus years of experience, we want to hear from you., * *TS/SCI clearance * *HS diploma or GED with specialized training; minimum 5 years of GEOINT/Imagery Analysis experience * *Completion of formal/advanced military Imagery Analyst training (Tech School, Advanced Individual Training, A School, or other MOS/AFSC/Rate granting equivalent) * *Strong knowledge of soft copy exploitation and multi-spectral exploitation functionalities * *Proficiency with REMOTEVIEW, IEC, NES, and common office software including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word * *Ability to incorporate multiple data sources into analytical products * *Strong operational experience with the ability to contribute with minimal ramp-up * *Strong time management skills; ability to manage multiple analytical tasks simultaneously under operational tempo * *Available to start within 30 days with no anticipated onboarding delays PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * + Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and drafting expert assessments across operational priorities + GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II, or equivalent) + Specialized training from an intelligence collection and analysis school or program + Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG) TOOLS, TECHNOLOGIES & TRADECRAFT, + You've put in the reps - you have enough exploitation experience that the tradecraft is second nature and you don't need a long runway to be productive + You're precise and thorough - your products meet standard because you've internalized what good looks like and you hold yourself to it + You manage your time well under pressure - you can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without letting quality slip + You think in fusion - you naturally pull in other data sources to sharpen your imagery analysis rather than relying on a single feed + You're ready to go - your clearance is current, your onboarding is clean, and you can be in the seat within 30 days, You are a trained, experienced imagery analyst with an active TS/SCI, solid exploitation fundamentals, and the operational depth to hit the ground running.
